ITIL Foundation for Service Management

Candidates must achieve a minimum of 17 credits to be eligible for the

Managing Across the Lifecycle course and examination.
Candidates MUST attain a minimum of 22 credits in a balanced selection
of Intermediate modules to gain ITIL Expert Level Certification.
ITIL Master is currently under development.
Candidates who holds the v2 Service Manager may upgrade by the following training and certification route:
ITILv3 Foundation, ITILv3 Intermediate Lifecycle Service Strategy OR
Continual Service Improvement (CSI) AND Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC).
