products together created a delivery process for in home clinical monitoring of chronically ill patients through the
already in place cable network and equipment. Forged relationships with regional healthcare organizations,
both providers and payers, for product trial and regulatory acceptance.

one of the top 10 childrens pediatric hospitals and research centers worldwide.
Defined IT strategies that were designed to enable growth and scalability while minimizing costs and business
risks; also drove adherence to legislation requirements such as HIPAA, Meaningful Use, and ICD10 conversions.
Upgraded Cerner clinical system to achieve new and improved functional enhancements; worked with end-users
and IT governance to identify, prioritize, and budget more than 200 additional features from the upgrade.
Created a combined Hospital and Research IT technical infrastructure leveraging equipment, datacenters,
disaster plans, personnel and storage to reduce overall IT costs initially by $1 Million.

Oversaw the creation, planning and implementation of short- and long-term IT strategy for a three-hospital, $1B
integrated delivery network and level II trauma center with 3,000 employees. Resulting in 99.9 % reliability in a
fully recoverable technical environment.
