Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Subject content is designed to allow students to become knowledge of the method of
facility management. It provides comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of
building maintenance, which is an important part of facility management. Another
aspect of the subject students become knowledge of the process of building
documentation with contractors to incorporate the principles of quality.

Description of facility management
Principles of building maintenance
Application of facility management outsourcing
Project of outsourcing
The contract of facility management providing by outsourcing
Efficiency in the implementation of facility management
Energy-efficient buildings and facility management
Documentation of the contractor in relation to the construction phase of the
preparation and implementation of construction, content, meaning
Quality management in construction firms
