Thornton May
Thornton May is Futurist, Executive Director and Dean of the IT Leadership Academy. His extensive experience
researching and consulting on the role and behaviors of Boards of Directors and C level executives in
creating value with information technology has won him an unquestioned place on the short list of serious
thinkers on this topic. Thornton combines a scholars patience for empirical research, a stand-up comics
capacity for pattern recognition and a second-to-none gift for storytelling to the information technology
management problems facing executives.
Thornton has established a reputation for innovation in time-compressed, collaborative problem solving

methodologies for the next generation information delivery platform (i.e. mobile).

Andrew Jack

Andrew is responsible for the delivery of client & mobile solutions and services to over 150,000 GE Employees in
EMEA, Asia & Latin America.
He has gained experience in a number of GE businesses including Security, Aviation and Home & Business
Solutions. Roles have included European CIO, CTO, Global ERP, Six Sigma Quality and Supply Chain Leadership.
He is recognized for a strong process orientation and ability to leverage technology based solutions to drive business
simplification growth. Andrew is currently based in Bristol in the United Kingdom

Bill Seibel
Founder and CEO, Mobiquity
Bill Seibel is a man of entrepreneurial vision, and that vision led him to founding Mobiquity. Seibel had already
shown his leadership abilities with other successful companies. He was CEO of Gumball, a consulting firm
specializing in helping CEOs grow their companies rapidly and effectively. In addition, he is executive chairman of
LogMatrix. Seibel earlier served as chairman and chief executive officer of Demantra, a leading provider of supply
chain and marketing collaboration and analytics that he sold to Oracle in 2006.
Before Demantra, Seibel was chairman and CEO of the e-business services company, ZEFER. There, he oversaw
the companys organic growth to more than $130 million in revenue in its first 18 months of operations. Prior to
establishing ZEFER, Seibel was executive vice president of Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) and one of its
founding partners. At CTP, he helped take the company through a successful IPO, launched its international
operations and led nine of the companys 12 business units.
Seibel serves on the boards of a number of technology start-ups. He also sits on several charitable boards, including
the Boston Public Library, the College of Business at Northeastern University, the College of Information Sciences
and Technology at Penn State University, Penn States College of Engineering and the Tepper School of Business at
Carnegie Mellon.
He received a bachelors in industrial engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon
University. He also completed Harvard Universitys MISR program.

Ved Sen
Senior Director, Cognizant Mobility
Ved heads Cognizants Mobility practice for UK & Europe, and works closely with a number of our clients on
their mobility initiatives. He is a frequent speaker at industry events across Europe, and also tries to find the
time to write, when he can.
Over most of his 18 year career, Ved has been focused on creating strategy and driving business applications
and change around emerging technologies from the Internet, in the mid 90s, to Interactive TV and IPTV, and
has covered areas such as Connected Home, healthcare and smart energy. Prior to joining Cognizant, he ran
his own consulting business and in 2011, authored the Intellect UK report on the Connected Home market.
Ved has also worked with a number of start up businesses, having played significant roles in the growth of
two services businesses in the Internet and TV applications space, including the and trade sale of the latter.
Ved lives in London with his wife and daughter. He is passionate about writing and the social impact of
technology.

Philip works with Rabobank in the Netherlands as Senior Business Analyst. Philip is expert specialist over 15
years on the New Way of Work and Information Management. In his practise as President of document@work
(global partner of AIIM) he combines mobile, social, process and content. He often gives presentations on
conferences. He writes articles for magazines in which the business value is his primary focus.
His main skills are ECM, WCM, BPM, WFM, IAM and BI. He was project manager of the first integrated
application of document management, workflow management and legacy systems with Interpolis insurance
company. He worked on implementing, as the first company in the Netherlands, the New Way of Work. At
Rabobank he also works on subjects as Enterprise Content Management, Web Content Management and
