Impact
The "cpumem-diagnosis" module may fail to load on E6900 / E4900 / E25K / E20K with
Solaris 10 causing the FMA daemon (fmd(1M)) to run in a degraded mode.
Systems will function correctly but events normally automatically diagnosed by FMA
using this module will require manual diagnosis.
Contributing Factors
This issue occurs on the following releases:
SPARC Platform

Solaris 10 with patch 118833-09 (or later) and without patch 124999-01

on the following platforms:

Sun Fire E6900 / E4900 / E25K / E20K Servers

Notes: This issue can occur on any release of Solaris but is more likely to occur on
systems with kernel patch 118833-09 or later which is the 4/06 U2 release.
And this issue can occur on any SPARC based platform but is much more likely on the
platforms listed above.
