Filled - up application form

2.

Two (2) recent copies of 2 x 2 colored ID pictures.

3.

Testing fee of P250.00 for all examinees. College


Students will pay an additional P100.00 for the English
Proficiency Examination to be paid at the Cashier
Office.

Take the BSU-College/ High School/ Elementary/ Preelementary Admission Test on the specified scheduled
