Its the re-loadable prepaid Visa card

The Global Currency Card is issued by Cuscal Limited ACN 087 822 455
AFSL 244116. Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141,
AFSL and Australian credit licence 233714 acts as the distributor of the card
only. The balance of any funds on the card are held by Cuscal and Cuscal is
responsible for settling transactions but may outsource these functions to
service providers.

Bpay transfers can take up to 3 business days to appear on
your card, so make sure you allow plenty of time. Your financial
institution may charge transaction fees for Bpay reloads.

You can deposit funds into your cards Australian dollar wallet at
any Westpac branch using cash (Australian dollars). Your money
will usually be available on the same day. The branch will be able to
load different amounts directly into your foreign currency wallets
for you, or you can just reload your AUDwallet then go online and
move the funds toyour other wallets later.

Managing your currencies


You can reload your Global Currency Card with up to 5 different
currency wallets.
If you set up a US dollar wallet, for example, when you buy
something in US dollars the money will come out of your USD
wallet. Its that simple.
If theres not enough money in the USD wallet, we will draw the
funds from one or more of your other wallets so you can complete
your purchase. Foreign exchange rates will apply when you need
to draw funds from additional wallets.

If you shop in a currency we do not support, the funds will be


drawn from your AUD wallet. If your AUD wallet does not have a
sufficient balance, we will draw funds from your other wallets so
you can complete the purchase. Foreign exchange rates will apply
when you need to draw funds from additional wallets. A Foreign
Exchange Fee will be charged when you shop in a currency that is
not supported by your wallets.
Using ATMs
You can check your card balance and withdraw cash from ATMs
around the world.
You will pay no fee for balance enquiries orwithdrawals when
you use:
Westpac Group ATMs in Australia
(Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA
brandedATMs)
Westpacs Global Alliance Partners ATMsaround the world.

If you use a non-Westpac Group ATM in Australia and non-Global
Alliance ATM overseas, fees will be applied as set out in the
Product Disclosure Statement.
Your complimentary back-up card
Your back-up card is linked to the same card (and foreign currency
wallet) balances as your primary card, but has a separate card
number andPIN.
So if your primary card is ever lost, damaged or stolen you can
simply call us to cancel it and carry on using the back-up card in
its place.
It gives you the assurance that you wont be left in the lurch if
something happens to your primary card. However, if you do
happen to lose both your cards we can help you access emergency
funds. Fees and charges will apply to emergencyfunds.

Frequently asked questions


Is the Global Currency Card a credit card?
No, it is a Visa Prepaid card, so you need to load money onto your
card before you can use it. When you make a purchaseor get
cash from an ATM, the amount is deducted from your preloaded
balance.
How can I load or reload the card?
You use Bpay or Transfer Funds via your financial institutions
internet banking service or visit any Westpac branch and use
Australian dollarscash.
Can I use the card at ATMs?
Yes, most ATMs will support balance enquiries and cash
withdrawals. The balance displayed at the ATM will be in the
currency of the country you are visiting and there are no cash
advance fees on the Global Currency Card.
Will I be charged for using an ATM?
As long as you use Westpac Group ATMs in Australia, and Global
Alliance ATMs overseas, you will pay no fees. IfyouuseanonWestpac Group ATM in Australia and non-Global Alliance ATMs
overseas, fees will be applied as setoutinthe Product Disclosure
Statement.
Can I use foreign currencies to load the card?
No, only Australian dollar amounts can be transferred onto
your card.
What if I have money left on the card when I return
from my trip?
You can keep using your card in Australia to either shop online or
make fee-free cash withdrawals from any Westpac GroupATM. If
you want to transfer your foreign funds back into Australian dollars,
simply go online or call our CustomerService Centre.
What happens when the card expires?
Your cards Expiry Date is printed on the front of your card. You
can choose to close your card and have the remaining balance
returned to you. In order to receive your remaining balance
complete the closure form by calling1300 797 470. Westpac can
transfer any remaining balance into Australian dollars and pay it
into whatever Australian bank account younominate.

If you suspect an error in your transaction history, please ask us
about lodging a dispute form, or log into the website.
Will I receive statements for my Global Currency Card?
We will send you an email to tell you when a statement is available.
