like Billing Plan and Collection Plan.
The reports have authorization based on individual roles which could be on Geo, Company, and Region, vertical, horizontal,

Top 10 Customers.

NIITian raises a request for resource with information like #, Role, Project, Technical skill, Domain expertise and competency.
The request is online approved by supervisor and is passed to Resource Management Group (RMG). RMG searches for CV in
the available sources like Market, Resource Pool, Factory Bench and Future release. Selected candidate are attached to request
and are sent to requestor for approval. On approval from requestor and interview process is organized. The request is closed
as soon as the requirement is met.
