ForpeoplewhohaventtraveledtoPraguerecently,theCzechcapitalmight
seemlikeaknownquantity:acitywithathousandyearsofarchitecture,
cheapbeerandoftenboringrestaurantswherethemostunusual
ingredientsarethedoughydumplings.ButPragueisdevelopingsoquickly
thatmanylocalsstillhaventheardofallthenextbigthings:flashynewart
galleries,dynamicallydevelopingoldneighborhoods,greatbarsbeyond
andincludingbeerandnewrestaurantswithflavorfulofferingsfrom
classicsteaksandchopstoAsianspice.Infact,somanynewdevelopments
haveappearedinPraguethatyoucouldspendanentireweekendvisiting
onlythoseplacesthathaveopenedinthepastcoupleofyears.SeePrague

Bar,whichtakesitsdesigninspirationfromVforVendettaandoffers

common,especiallyatmeals.Thevanguardofthecityswinecultureis

serveswellselectedCzechwines,mostlyfromthesunnyregionsofSouth
Moravia,alongsideimportsfromAustria,France,Italy,Hungaryand
elsewhere.ThemenufeaturesMediterraneanandContinentalrecipes
thinkofroastporktenderloinwithpaprikasaucethatpairwellwiththe
