What can you say about these guys?
I will change some of the posted final

In the week before the Contest: April
20, (Sunday) (This will be called the
CALM BEFORE THE BIG STORM!!!!)
I will post all the contestants who
have confirmed already but they STILL
NEED to repost again their
confirmation to know if they are
really willing to join. (Since some of
the contestants who have confirmed
before have confirmed for a very long
time and there is a big possibility
that they have already forgotten about
this EMC Math Match for instance Mr.
Nickson, Chito and Francis who have
not seen for a long while here in EMC,
I don't think if they will still
pursue their joining?
By the way for the 1st EMC MATH
MATCH
to happen, There must be atleast 5
contestants and atleast 2 of these are
members of the EMC Most Elite
Members
so as to verify the prestige and
credibility of the said contest.( But
I hope all members of the EMC Most
Elite Members will also join to make
this EMC Math MAtch a dream come
true
math contest!!!)
Any other comments or

suggestions? :)

Difficult 2

The length of the lower base is 20 units and the radii of the circles are 7 and 9 units. Note
that the larger circle is actually floating and does not touch the inclined plane. Find the
height of the larger circle starting from the lower base ( not the inclined plane).

Difficult 3
In an analog clock, the time is between 3 and 4 pm. After how many hours will pass by in

so forth. Ant B moves 1cm downward, then cm rightward, then cm upward, then 1/8
cm leftward, then 1/16 cm downward and so on and so forth. Find the exact distance in
cm (fraction in simplest form) between the 2 ants if they have moved in the said pattern 7
