Job Description / Responsibility

Currently looking for some telemarketers who can make

calls and in USA and Canada Market.
Responsibility is making calls and setting
appointments/Sales for us.

As this is a USA/Canada based job so have to work in the

evening time.

Training will be provided

Work will be assigned everyday through email. so You have

the opportunity to work from your own house if you have a
good and peace working environment with good internet
connection.

Job Description

Developing business / selling Vocalcoms solution to c-level prospects within leading Telecoms
companies, Call Centre outsource providers and if appropriate end users. Typically, this selling
effort includes:
Working with client prospects to commission initial engagements or pilots - often a 6 month
effort
Leading such pilots effectively to demonstrate the value of Vocalcoms software and
partnership by applying Vocalcoms software solutions, culminating in the conversion of the
client to a long-term license relationship.
Supporting existing long-term relationships with clients in the MEA market to ensure renewal
of Vocalcoms software solutions and to cross-sell additional Vocalcoms product modules and
services.
Supporting and leading, sales, and sales support staff developing MEA opportunities,
coordinating with the marketing, product management, engineering, and operations support
functions of the Vocalcoms organization to support service to MEA clients and provide input to
benefit the Firm.
Skills

Highly motivated, self-directed professional with an entrepreneurial orientation

5+ years of experience, most likely at voice related, call centre-driven software firm, or in a
related l field within the core Vocalcom industry sector
Considerable track record of working at a senior level with a strong mix of business
development and sales skills
Collaborative and team oriented
Highly networked within the Telecoms sector
Technically competent - although not essential, a pre-sales or product consulting background
would be a distinct benefit
