Giving More Consumers the Ability to Manage their Homes Remotely
KINGSTON, NEW YORK, March 20, 2015 The future of home security and automation is coming to
the Kingston region today as AT&T1 Digital Life expands to the area.
AT&T Digital Life gives homeowners the latest in security and control and for a limited time, new
customers can have the Digital Life Smart Security + Outdoor Camera + Garage Door equipment for
$99.2 It is easy to use and gives customers control of their home from almost anywhere using a
smartphone, tablet or computer. A simple app controls the security system, lights, door locks, cameras,
and more.
A live demonstration of Digital Life is now available in many local AT&T stores. Beginning March 20,
customers can also check out Digital Life on the road with the 2015 Experience Tour. Making stops at
home shows around the U.S., the Digital Life mobile POD will be equipped with all of the security and

Digital Life works with almost any home Internet service and almost any wireless phone service. The
home management system gives customers flexibility and peace of mind.

Actively Protect & Control: Digital Life starts with 24/7 professional monitored home security.
Youll know what is happening at home, even if youre across townor out of town. AT&T owns
and operates its U.S.-based monitoring centers where professionals respond to emergencies
and alert police and fire authorities.

Connected To You: Digital Life gives customers control with an app available for iOS, Android,
BlackBerry, Windows Phones and select Kindle Fire phones and tablets. The service begins with
an all-digital wireless home management system controlled from a simple hub. The app also
helps to maintains customers privacy. It requires a log in each time you open the app from any
device.

Simple & Intuitive: The user-friendly app makes it easy to manage your home. It lets customers
operate cameras, door locks, lights, thermostats, small appliances and more. You can also set
alerts or programs to manage your home. It all works with one simple system.

Personalized & Flexible: Digital Life lets you personalize your home with custom notifications
and scheduled tasks. You can add devices and services anytime, as your lifestyle changes.

Additional Pricing
Digital Life starts with the Smart Security package. It includes enhanced security features. The Smart
Security package offers 24/7 home monitoring, professional installation, remote access, wireless
keypad, keychain remote, 3-pack of recessed sensors, 3-pack of contact sensors, a motion sensor and
an indoor siren. The monthly recurring charge is $39.99 plus a one-time payment of $149.99 for
equipment before taxes or fees. With the Smart Security package, comes the ability to add home
automation. Customers can choose from a variety of automation packages to meet their needs. Options
include:

Camera Package: View live video from inside and outside the house for an additional $9.99 a
month plus equipment fees before taxes or fees.

Energy Package: Control small appliances, lighting and thermostats for convenience and
energy efficiency for an additional $4.99 a month plus equipment fees before taxes or fees.

Door Package: Allow a pet sitter or repair person into your home when you arent there with
automated door locks. You can also check to see whether your garage door is open or closed.
This package includes one automated door lock or a remote garage door controller for an
additional $4.99 a month plus equipment fees before taxes or fees.

Water Detection Package: Send notification(s) when water leaks are detected for an additional
$4.99 a month plus equipment fees before taxes or fees.

Water Control Package: Detect water leaks and shut off water at the main water source for an
additional $9.99 a month plus equipment fees before taxes or fees.
