We in our third edition of the scientific journal, PROBATION junior. Our

key objectives and approach through your support ensure that the criminal justice
field maintains an air of creativity of which source is inexhaustible.
We observed more and more, an optimistic and entrepreneurial spirit in this
field, and more and more, a critical-resolving analyzes of young men regarding
justice.
In this edition we review the Lisbon treaty and the perspectives reflected over
the between European states, then over federalization. This treaty strikes upon the
foundation of nations identity of the actual parentage mythological-nation. The
perspective shared in this document we hope will cause interest to a virtual debate.
Secondly, we focus our attention to a series of scientific researches on
inmates characteristics and prison. We will juggle varying perspectives, on
sociology, psychology, and psychiatry; resulting in a scientific cocktail is worthy
your attention.
What can be more creative than art? Art used as a means of behavior
modification that is what! Article three delves into art education in prison as a means
of personal identity. One of the roles of a prison is to rehabilitate inmates, this is
largely based on the inmates personality, through tools such as art.
The protection and the right to privacy in the context of the current
information society, is a subject extreme interest to all citizens; as we grow to a
world engulfed in internet purchase and on line banking threat of cyber crime is very
real. The question which arises as to whether the growth of the cyber world has
caused unexpected social and technological challenged that must be mitigated by
changes to laws or do we need to redefine our notions of privacy or intimacy?
Discrimination is inability of becoming different person in an interdependent
unit. The analytical critique presented in this document is unpublished. It is our belief
that this article will provide one who can provide motivation to others who can
provide an opinion in this area.
