Each construction activity shall be performed in Norten and as specification laid in enclosed annexurs and
layout all other terms and conditions by which is this contact be government has been indicated in annexure
II specimen copies of agreement frorm is also enclosed here with which shall be executed on non judicial
stamp paper of Rs. Hundred i.e. submitted to this office through A.E. STC sagar concern duly signed by you
and your withess before commencement of work in respect of awards billing more than 5000/- balance
security deposit of 2.5% of the value of award shall be deduced from contractor in first bill this shall be
encovered by AE STC SAgar
The rates fixed as per CMD/ EZ jablapur vide CMD/EZ/WS 6507 dated 24/7/2012 As above 4 No.
