- Monthly utility bills
- Credit card invoices and bank statements

yourself. Follow the instructions listed in Appendix A
attached.
Processing Fee:
You must obtain and International Money Order/Draft
from a bank made payable to Receiver General for
Canada. The fee must total as follows:
