This file was pertaining to several of people stand point on this particular issue. Some

stated that they think it is some form of child abuse, and they confirm this information by

using graph to show different things that occur when a child is abused. There were some

that stated that it is not a form of child abuse because the parents is only discipline their

kids when they do something wrong.

This author present this issue about corporal punishment is four arguments. The first

argument she states is that spanking is an effective way to manage behavior. From this

argument she states that it really do not decreases the child misbehaving it only makes it

worst. The second argument she states about how people say that they were hit as a child

and nothing bad happened to them. The third talks about how if you do not discipline

your kids then they will be spoiled. The last one comes from a biblical aspect about

spankings.

This piece of document is showing how certain types of religion bring up their children.

This journal states that Protestants leaders are most likely to use corporal punishment

then any other religion. Someone inside the journal did an experiment to prove the

theory was wrong by saying that the Protestant people are more nurturing to their kids.

Several issues are covered in this journal. The main thing that is discussed is dhow

spankings can psychologically mess you up in the mentally and physically. It stated how

it cans effects things in different aspects of their life such as relationship, social status,

and a few others as well.
