Pre-Engineered steel structures are those which are designed & Fabricated at factories before
Erection (Installation), rather than RCC (Civil) Construction.

Pre-Engineered Buildings includes Two Types of Frames:

1- Primary Frame
2- Secondary Frame
Primary frame is I Section that is RAFTER & COLUM (Pillars & Beams)

Primary Frame made with MS (Mild Steel) Sheet/HR (Hot Rolled) Plate with Different thickness
(starting from 5mm to 12mm Normally ) & Grades (36 and 50) according to Buildings size,

Wind Pressure and all other factors that may affect buildings strength. 50 grade is much
strengthen then 36 so, if we use 50 grade plate then we will use Thinner plate.
Secondary frame is Z Section that is PURLIN & GIRTS (Shapped Like Z)

Girts and purline are two name of one thing, if used rafter to rafter (Roof) then Purlin & if used
colum to colum (wall) then GIRTS
These purlins & Girts made with GI (Galvanized) Coils have thickness of 2mm.

Others are SHEETING & accessories of Buildings that are:

Nut Bolts,
Anchor Bolts (Use in foundation),
I Bolt (Use for Cable Bracing),
U Clump (Use for Cable Bracin
EPDM/Self Drilling Screws (Use to fix the sheet with GIRTS & PURLIN),

Cable Bracing (Use to Tighten the Rafter),

Angle Bracing (Use to Tighten Colum),

Rod Bracing (Use to Tighten Both Rafters & Colum),

Examples of Bracing
For SUN light we use Fiber Glass Sheets (Skylights) on Roof
Windows in the wall for lights & Vantilation
For Ventilation we use different types of Ventilators and ventilation systems
Such as:
RIDGE Ventilator that is the top edge of the building is remain open and make a small
Canopy at the topof the open part.

Ventilators like Big fancy round shaped like fan those make intake of fresh air.

If someone need multi story in pre Engineerd buildings structure then we have MAZZANINE for
this situation.
THE MAJOR ADVANTAGE OF PRE-ENGINEERD BUILDINGS IS THE MAXIMUM CLEAR SPAN THAT
WE OFFER 80M CLEAR SPAN MEANS NO COLUM IN BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS.(HALL)
to make the temperature normal or to use air conditioning in buildings we suggest sabdwich
panels that has the insulation of Glass wool, Thermopolis or PU (Polyurethane) in between the
two sheets
