development. Officially HTC have given it support only up to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) only
but developers have ported custom ROMs based on Ice Cream Sandwich and even Jelly Bean
also. If you are not satisfied with current performance of your phone and you want

data and cache, fixing permissions etc. Given below are features of TWRP recovery 2.2.2.

Same problem, After going to bootloader>Recovery the phone restarts.
And surprisingly my phone restarts only to display the welcome hTC screen
nothing beyond that happening. I think i bricked the phone. Any way to restore
factory settings??
I tried factory setting from Bootloader options but same thing happening. It
freezes at welcome screen which shows hTC logo.
