Global responsibility for developing strategies, process improvement, program management, for best in class
solutions for: General Supplies (uniforms & office products), Fruits & Veg, Grocery, Utility Supply/Demand,
Waste, Vehicles, and Chemicals. Manage the Indirect Sourcing department staff that has procurement
responsibility for 34 U.S. locations. Determine and implement global procurement policies and procedures as
part of Global Procurement Leadership team. Lead, coach, mentor, develop staff. Provide training at multi day
U.S. and European training sessions to all new global procurement category leaders.
Transformed procurement processes globally, implemented and managed change, took pride in results.

Implemented new national uniform agreement that provided a 30% cost reduction.
Outsourced facility maintenance and repair pilot program providing $178K in annual savings.
