No research/field work is the work only of its researcher. I woe much to the pioneers of
Management Philosopher who first identified its major issues and develops its concept,
technique and practice. My special thanks go to my colleagues who help & appreciate me
and my idea.

to Laxmi Bank Staff.

Limited for their assistance and providing all necessary information.
It is gratifying to me that I successfully complete field work and I hope my endeavor to
cover all the necessary, relevant and important information about the organization has
been evident in this report. I have tried my best to minimize errors to the extent possible.
I would not suppose that this field and field report is completely perfect and satisfactory
in spite of all my devotions. It may have various limitations and shortcomings but I have

Abstract
This small scale study is conducted in the Laxmi Bank as the practical fulfillment of the
requirement for the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration. The main objective
of this study is to assess recent practices and preferences of the Non-Monetary
Motivational Factor. It has descriptive exploratory nature where non probability
purposive sampling. Close-end questionnaire are used to collect data & required
information. The sample size is 25.00 respondents. Experts consult, preliminary testing of
tools, pre-testing of the methodology and maintenance of ethical consideration are
followed throughout field work process.
The study comes upon with the recent practices and preferences of the Non-Monetary
Motivational Factor which has evaluated and ranked the Non-Motivational Factor.
Data presentation and interpretation section data has been presented and discussed
accordance with hypothesis. Paired Comparison Method is used to ranking Non
Monetary Motivational Factor but in modified form that + and was replaced by 10 and
0 respectively in order to get more valid conclusion. Paired Comparison Method
compares each element each other and rank them. Non monetary motivational factor
alternatives are given to compare to the employee of Laxmi Bank as simple as possible
way.

Since it is applied Field Report it can be applied in your organization but


it will be better to consult with expert before its application because of
its various limitation.
