Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, the participants of Business Presentation

held in Magister Management Airlangga University.


its nice to see you all here now.
First, I would like to express my gratitude to the commiteee of this event for
trusting me to be one of speaker in the meeting.
And also, I would like to say welcome to Mr. Zein who supports and guides me to
prepare this presentation.
Well ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce my self. Im Irawan Ardiansyah
as a Co Brand Manager at Klastik footwear.
And the topic that I would like to present today is my business, namely Klastik
Footwear.

Well ladies and gentlemen, here is the outlines of my presentation today.


First I would like to start about what is Klastik Footwear.
After that, I would like to describe about our products.
Next, I would like to describe our business strategies.
And the last, I would like to tell you about subsidiary business of Klastik
Footwear.
So, In the end of this presentation, youll know more about my business.

Ladies and gentlemen, now let us continue the section, I would like to talk about
Klastik Footwear.
You must be confused what KLASTIK means, is that a shoe with plastic material
or what?
Yeah, we proudly present our new brainchild that made in Indonesia (all
materials and production).
This is called KLASTIK because we love anything classy, ethnic and unique.
KLASTIK found by some creative students that were majoring Visual
Communication Design.
In our passion to develop Indonesian product in order to create Indonesian
Creative especially Surabaya.
We believe combining a fabulous shoe with Indonesian traditional fabric, it must
be stunning.
Its the time for NATIONALISM BRAND EMPOWER :)

Ladies and gentlemen, let us move on the vision and mission of Klastik.
Klastik has a vision to be an exclusive Indonesian brand shoe and the most
founded by people arround the world.
Which is describe in the form of mission (short term):
Designing dan producing an unique and attractive flat shoe through Indonesian
traditional sarong patterns are interested fashion lover in arround the world.
- Developing local brand fashion in Surabaya especially on some universities.
- As a role fashion shoe mode in Indonesia especially in Surabaya.
- Give some quality fashion items with local tasty and easy price.
Making stronger Klastik footwear brand using some eye catchy
promotional tools such as logo, e commerce website, social media and joining
product events in fashion city like Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Yogyakarta.

Ladies and gentlemen, now let us continue the following section, namely
products.
Klastik has many kind of products devided into two categories there are man
and woman.
Woman shoe products such as Ratna, Gulali, Ara, Seruni, Widuri, Kirana,
Srikandi, Serena denim, geulis, gendhis, Janita, gelatik, telaga and many more.
And, Man Shoe products such as Galih and Sadewa.

Ladies and gentlemen, the next main subject is Number of Marketing Strategy.
Klastik has 2 marketing strategies with different customer characteristics.
There are offline and online strategies.
The pie chart describes the number of marketing media used in 2012 and how
the strategies can be useful to make trades.
As you can see in the chart, the strategies using social media take the highest
composition of total number of marketing strategy with 87% market shares. This
is due to Klastik is a online retail business and has several customers with
different characteristics.

Ladies and gentlemen, now lets we go to next section.


Namely Subsidiary company.
Klastik have two subsidiary businesses namely Sangsaka and Nipamoa.
Sangsaka is a creative branding consultant which offering some branding and
design services such as making a logo, website, company profile, brochures,
packaging and many more.
While Nipamoa is a business of uniquely acessories and casual bags.

Ladies and gentlemen,


Lets summarise briefly what weve looked. There are 2 points of summary,
namely:

Klastik is the one of Casual Shoe company pioneer with Indonesian traditional
sarong patterns in Surabaya.
And also, Klastik is keep selling and introducing the Indonesian culture into the
world through batik and tenun from all arround districts of Indonesia.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I think thats all of my presentation about Company
Profile of Klastik Footwear. And for the last chapter, I want to make a conclusion
from this presentation.
To be a hero, you dont need to have any special power or something tool like an
armor and a shotgun. Just starts from the small thing that you can do it as soon
as possible.
And also it could make a big impact for your circles.
Something that can make people get inspired and motivated to do something
positive behaviour.
Look at Klastik, they did their passion for making shoes that they loved and
brought the Indonesian culture into their shoe material.
