The Meeting was handled by Engineer Akindunni Daniel (Resident engineer)

6A). OPENING AND INTRODUCTION

The meeting commenced by 10:15am, this is to allow other sub-contractors to show
up, and unfortunately none did. Reason: unknown. Mr Taiwo (case project) later
showed after the meeting. Opening prayer was done by Mr Ilori.

6B). REVIEW AND ADOPTION OF LAST MINUTES

The minutes of the last meeting was adopted.
6C). MATTERS DISCUSSED

5Ci On the main contractor works, Windows arcs have all been casted. Block work
on the second floor has not started due to the correction of the roof.
On the roof structures, all the corrections on the tank slab and putting column inbetween block work on the cantilever slab have been done. Plastering of the gate
house has begun. The fence beam and column has begun.
The floor screeding of the first floor has begun and laying of the tiles will start soon.
Both the wall tiles of the ground floor and the first floor of the toilet area is almost
done.
The correction on the roof started today and more personnel will be brought in to
hasten the process and complete it in time.

SUB CONTRACTOR QUERIES AND COMMENTS

Sound Haus started that all the correction has been done and carried out except for
access to connect first floor to 2 nd floor for projector. This is for the teens church.
Unfortunately the M & E was not present to give an answer. This issue will be
resolve as soon as Mr Taiwo is around. But we later agree after the meeting during
the site inspection with mr taiwo that the duct will be made use of.
Mr Ilori said he will move to site by next week Thursday to start his works and other
measurement on site.

5F. OTHER MATTERS

5Fi). The resident engineer enjoined all sub-contractors to carry out their job
diligently and effectively.
4G HSE
Main contractors and sub-contractors attention was drawn to strictly adhere to
health, safety and environmental standards. Site should be neat at all times. The
main contractor has already provided a platform around the site; this is to help
when removing the formwork around the church offices and environs.
