SUMMARY STATEMENT - VALUED CHARACTERISTICS

Having a vital passion for the people of a place, their environment and an earnest love of life, has positioned me to
creatively enhance these peoples lives through the design and management of various development projects. My travels

throughout this nation and to various places overseas have enabled me to observe, understand and respond to all
aspects of the human environment. Additionally, I have had the good fortunate to work with many very talented
persons in creating unique and desirable environments. Many of these projects are located throughout the
Midwest ranging from large scale university campuses and master planned portions of communities to intimate
scale memorials and residential developments.
Often its been said my greatest strength is in the ability to innovatively resolve many difficult land development
challenges while being mindful of strict budgets and promoting excellent teamwork while focusing on sustainability
issues and working with vital details. Additionally, my devotion to mentorships and group synergism is paramount.
