Any goods being exported from Australia thats value is more
than AUD 2500 FOB, requires an Australian Customs Export
Declaration Number (EDN). TradeDocs EDN Service allows
Exporters to outsource their Australian Customs EDI compliance requirements. Many export departments are either under resourced or
staff on leave and your exports shipments are always constant. Our
EDN Service is a fast turnaround of EDN request which keeps your
shipments moving and meet regulatory requirements with easy. Our

their exports. TradeDocs DAFF Request for Permit (RFP) service
provides a worry free process of your health certified products. Our
RFP service can receive your process details electronically from your
processor then finailise the printing of your Health Certificate. Or a
complete the RFP & Permit request with DAFF. Our service covers:

TradeDocs - PRA Service.

Any Containerised exports require a Pre-Receival Advice
(PRA) electronically submitted at the receiving Cargo Terminal prior to the container arriving at the Terminal. Our PRA service
speeds up the receival of your containers at the terminal, we identify
any errors prior your goods leaving your premises and advise you of
any inadvertent errors which may result in penalties. Our PRA Service covers:

Receive from your Packers complete container details

Prepare the PRA and submit to the Local Terminal.
Provide a print out of the approved PRA.
TradeDocs - Electronic Certificate of Origin
Service.
Many exports require a Certified Stamped Certificate of
Origin from an approved Certifying body. This is extremely
important if your goods are to comply with a Free Trade Agreement
(FTA). Our Electronic Certificate of Origin Service prepares the required Certificate of Origin document and electronically submit it to a
certifying body. Once they approve it they send it back electronically
stamped and signed.

Simplot Australia is a leading Australian food manufacturer and the home of Australia's favourite food brands.
We are a family owned company focused on Bringing Earth's Resources to Life in a sustainable way so that Australians can always eat

Requirement
As a leading exporter Simplot required a service provider to process their Export Quarantine requests to produce the necessary Health
Certificates for Fish Cakes into NZ and Singapore.

Abalone to Hong Kong &

Malaysia
BNY Trading Pty Ltd was established on the Gold Coast, Queensland in
1999 and is the only Australian Quarantine Abalone registered processor in Queensland.
The company is an Australian Family Owned business, started on the
grounds of establishing a high quality and modern Abalone Processing
plant catering to the needs of both the Domestic and Overseas markets.

Requirement
BNY required a service provider to process their Export Quarantine
requests electronically to produce the necessary Health Certificates for
Abalone into Hong Kong and Malaysia. Previously they had been completed manually and required BNY to travel to Brisbane to have them
stamped this was time consuming and took staff away from the production plant.

Infant Formula to Germany

Snow Brand Australia Pty Ltd are a company based in Tatura
in the Australian state of Victoria. Their main business area is
infant formula.

Requirement
Snow Brand required a service provider to process their Dairy Export
Quarantine requests electronically to produce the necessary Health
Certificates for Infant Formula for Germany. They have never completed an export of Infant Formula to Germany until recently
and required this service to be handle an organization to make the
process smooth and no complications.
