CHAPTER I

Summary

Coffee is the drink for many people across the world. Every
mornings, millions of people rely on their morning fix to get going
for the day. Coffee has become popular with a number of different
flavors available and this is what Infinity Caf can offer.
Infinity Caf envision to become one of the leading coffee
product providers of excellence to its customer. Providing
customers with quality coffee and provider a friendly and
comfortable place and interactive atmosphere or the customers.
The Infinity Caf is in a hospitality industry and establish
with a partnership type of management. Wherein, a partnership
was defined as an association of two or more persons to carry on
as co-owner of a business for profit. Five enterprising individuals
are partnership in the business.
Coffee shop tends to do very well. In the City of Tabuk, the
other top competitors of the business are: Boulevard Caf,
Charles Coffee Shop, and Golden Berries Coffee Shop. Thou
Infinity Caf will be new in the market, providing quality products
combine with excellent customer services would be maintained to
cope up with its competitors.
The business that had been proposed will surely
successful upon dealing with its customers and would have a
great percentage of market shares. People from kalinga and even
the foreigners, student, tourist, professionals would surely
patronize the product and service offerings due to its distinction
persisting with the Infinity Caf Vision, Mission and Objectives. Its
competitors were loading Infinity Caf in the City and
internationally competitive.

But to cope is built up a good guest relationship, to


integrate marketing and promotional strategies, and continue
improve its services to adopt changing trends that will lead high
turnover rates
Infinity Caf can overcome the struggle of the business
for a long time, situating every risk to a proper mitigation as to
generate its economy that determines the projects profitability
and capability for financial sustainability.
