Acceptable formats: EPS (preferred), PDF, Ai (with outlines and embedded images), jpg, and PSD. CMYK color. 300 dpi.
LABEL SIZE: Tasting Bag, Single Serving Bag, Jar, & Gable Box (3W x 3H); Regular Bag (3W x 5H); Tub (4D).
IMPRINT AREA: Full imprint on all labels.
BLEED: Full, 4-sided. Please provide artwork with 1/8 bleed and crop marks when possible/applicable.
Back label INFORMATION: Back label will list ingredients, allergen information, nutritional table, and contact information (Customer, Distributor, or
Manufacturers info; Customers choice). Back label design/layout can not be customized.
KOSHER CERTIFICATION: Kosher certification will not be included unless specifically requested on the written order. If requested, the Kosher certification will
appear on the back label on the popcorn bags, with the manufacturers name and contact information.
ART/LAYOUT DESIGN SERVICES: $50.00 (Z) per hour (beyond converting print-ready artwork into a label).
VIRTUAL PROOFS: No Charge. Final digital artwork must be approved before it will go to print.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Label SET UP: $45.00 (G) for each label.
Tn lid set up & screen charge: $90 (G) per color; each additional color $90 (G). Note: Professional sports and collegiate tins can not be imprinted.
PRODUCTION TIME: 2 to 3 weeks.
RUSH SERVICE: 5-7 business days. 10% Additional charge. Call Jodys prior to placing order.
POPCORN PRICE INCLUDES: 1 full-color front label and 1 back label with ingredient information (and nutritional information if reqested; see above). Additional
labels $0.15/unit (G), plus additional $45 (G) set up.
STANDARD COLORED CANDY CORN: Price includes one or two colors. Each additional color 5% additional charge; quantities may vary from standard breakdowns.
CUSTOM COLORED POPCORN: Jodys will try to match your colors. Color development fee: $50 (Z) per color. Custom Colored popcorn may have longer
production time due to color development.
SHELF LIFE: Colored Candy Corn, Chocolate Drizzle, Caramel, Funfetti, and Seasonal: 6 months; Double Cheddar and Kettle: 4 months; Movie Style: 1 month.
SAMPLES: Give us your FedEx or UPS shipping number and samples are no charge. For Standard Colored Candy Corn, we provide colored popcorn presently
running, and cannot guarantee availability of the desired colors for samples.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: $60 (G) additional charge. Absolute minimum is one-half of stated quantity minimums. For Custom Colored Candy Corn, no less than
minimum order permitted.
PHYSICAL PRODUCT SPEC SAMPLES WITH LABEL: $45 (G) set up fee, plus $10 for 3 samples. For Standard Colored Candy Corn, we provide colored popcorn
presently running, but cannot guarantee availability of the desired colors for samples.
COPY CHANGE: $35 (G) additional set up.
DROP SHIPMENT CHARGE: $4.50 (G) per location, plus shipping charges. For shipments to more than 10 locations, please contact Jodys for the format to be used
to submit recipients and addresses.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS (multiple ship dates): $12.50 (G) per shipment. Note: Due to the shelf-life of the products, please call to discuss any delayed shipment.
ACKNOWLEGEMENTS: Sent via email.
CANCELLATIONS: $50 (Z), plus all costs of material already used for the order.
FOB: Virginia Beach, Virginia
TERMS: Pre-payment or Net 30 with approved credit. All Standard Colored Candy Corn and Custom Colored Candy Corn must be pre-paid.

MY LOVE OF POPCORN GOES BACK TO MY COLLEGE YEARS...

At that time my husband, Alan, and I took date-night strolls
down the streets of Chicago sharing caramel corn. In fact,
Alan hid my engagement ring in the prize envelope of a
Cracker Jack box! How could I say no to that? To this day,
he still wont tell me how he got the ring in to the sealed box!
Living in Virginia Beach, we realized that the area was
missing fresh caramel corn. Determined to create a caramel
corn more delicious than anything we had ever tasted,
we began developing the recipe in our home, where Alan
tweaked batch after batch until the recipe was just right. Our
motto was Amazing or Bust. After 53 tries we arrived at
AmazingRecipe 53 Caramel Corn! Although we soon grew
out of our home kitchen, we still put our popcorn through the
same rigorous trials and use the best ingredients to achieve
amazing flavors.
Our flagship store on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront is an icon
for vacationers, and a staple for locals. Many of our visitors
have asked to buy Jodys Gourmet Popcorn as gifts for their
customers, so we decided to offer our products nationwide
for gifting and for promotional use. I personally assure you
that giving our gourmet popcorn to your customers and
associates will enhance your firms reputation and make your
