Instructions for uploading the minutes and other documents

1st step:
- First you have to UPLOAD the minutes/document to your upload box.
- Name of the document (ANY document) must not contain spaces between words! It should
look like this:
Minutes_of_1st_BoE_e-meeting_09_10
- When the document is uploaded, you copy the URL of its name from the upload box like it
is shown on the picture:

2nd step:
- Click on the Moderator icon on the upper right part of the EGEA forum and then choose
options like on the picture below

3rd step:
- Now that you came to the form where you have to fill in the information about the document
you are putting to the download section, check the EXAMPLES of different options of
writing the info about the uploaded documents (below).
- NOTE: would be good if you use the same form (style of writing the titles) because it
makes the overview of the uploaded documents much more clear and easier to find for
egeans.
