Compressors: Service of reciprocating air compressor which includes piston rings,

lubrication system for single and multistage compressors.

Make: Kirloskar make vmb 1000 model.

Gas Genarator: Checking the lubrication system monitoring of the pressure temperature,load
and pressure the gas and maintaining the records of the consumption.

Make Booster pump: Wier model, capacity suction 0.6kg/cm2 and discharge pressure
01kg/cm2 and discharge pressure 14kg/cm2.

Crane: Maintenance of power arm crane, inspection of hydraulic system hoses for boom,
checking of oil pressure, changing of fule and oil filters, proper lubrication for the system to avoid
major damages.

Make: Ruston engines of capacity 132 bhp and with standing load capacity of 18 tones
Detorit engines 122 bhp and with standing load capacity 16tones.

Pumps: Preventive maintenance of the pump like of section and discharge pressure changing
of seals, hubs and couplings, checking lubrication to avoid wear and tear.

PIPE LINE AND INSTRUMENTION DRAWING: For damage parts of machines for
lubrication and seal oil.

VALVES: Gate valves, butterfly valves,thermostate valves,ball valve non return

valves(nrv)return valve(rv)
