Pure Logic Group has been established within the United Arab Emirates since
2008 RHULQJ expert consulting advice to local, regional and global clients. In
2012 Pure Logic established a second regional RFH in Muscat, Oman. We have
expanded yearly to deliver projects in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Libya and

SPECIALIST SERVICES - FIT-OUT MANAGEMENT
Fit-out Management And Tenancy Coordination Services
Pure Logic Group has developed a code of compliance and set of guidelines for
master developers and community managers. We ensure that all new tenancy
WRXWV comply with the landlords requirements as well as local authority
regulations. The Retail Tenancy Fit-Out Guide endeavours to assist tenants to
create and deliver a successful WRXW of their tenancy as well as familiarise
them with the physical parameters of the property. The guide provides a
comprehensive set of directions and procedures aimed at achieving a mutually

In addition to setting the WRXW standards, the Pure Logic team actively
manages the entire process on behalf of the property owner or manager.
Consultation Stage
Before any new WRXW project commences, Pure Logic will review, revise and
issue some key documentation that will form the basis of the management
process. The key documentation is listed below.
Fit-Out Agreement This document will form the basis of the agreement
between the landlord and the end user (tenant or owner) and the nominated
WRXW contractor. It will establish key principals such as the WRXW period, fees
to be paid, damage deposit amount and penalties.
Fit-Out Manual The Fit-Out Manual will detail the exact rules and regulations,
processes and procedures for each property. Pure Logic can create this on
behalf of the client or develop existing documentation to make it compliant with
current authority standards.
Fit-Out Process Pure Logic will review the existing process and make
suggestions on revisions that will improve the HFLHQF\ of the WRXW process.
STAGE 1 PRE-FIT-OUT
Attend the initial kick R meeting our obligation is to attend the meeting and
discuss the WRXW process with the end user and their WRXW representative.
Issuing of the building VSHFLF Fit-Out Guideline Manual the manual will set
out all rules and processes relating to working within the property, including
guidelines for hours of working and approval forms for demolition, sprinkler
shutdowns and all activities that impact on the day-to-day use of the property.
The guideline manual is the key to establishing the correct protocols and will

Our team will prepare a WRXW CD containing base build information, drawings
and load schedules to assist the owners and WRXW contractors in developing
their project drawings and VSHFLFDWLRQV for submission to our technical team.
STAGE 2 DRAWING SUBMISSION AND REVIEW STAGE
Our TXDOLHG team of architectural technicians and mechanical and electrical
engineers will review the WRXW contractors drawings to ensure compliance
with development guidelines for each property.
We also check the following documents:
Validity of contractors trade license and insurances
Tenancy or title deed document
Owners NOC letter for works to be undertaken
Programme of works
Project Plan (prepared by the contractor)
Where possible, electrical loads will checked for compliance
Fire detection services will be reviewed

STAGE 4 - COMPLETION STAGE
Once all works are deemed to be complete, including the installation of the
electrical meter if applicable, our team will undertake a QDO inspection.
If all works are completed as per the original VSHFLFDWLRQ and the test
FHUWLFDWHV for UH services are available, along with the authority approvals, our
team will issue a completion FHUWLFDWH and arrange for the damage deposit to
be returned (subject to damage inspection of the common area).
All records of the handover, as-built drawings and photos and test FHUWLFDWHV
will be maintained by Pure Logic on our server under completed projects.

Logic Utilities has an advanced system for commissioning existing systems
within buildings. In many instances properties have the infrastructure in place
but lack the software or commissioning process. Our technical team can quickly
take the system to operational status and install software to allow readings to

MAINTENANCE
All installations need regular maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the
readings. Our team has developed a preventative maintenance strategy that is

Our billing team keeps a close eye on the energy and/or water consumption of
your property, manually analysing daily data for any possible anomalies. Any
potential problems, such as malfunctioning thermostats and stuck zone valves,
are immediately passed on to our technical department for attention.
Technicians from our engineering team will respond to faulty meter alerts,
undertake repairs as required and keep the software fully updated between
billing cycles.

Development of the Regional Airports
Logic Role: Commercial Managers
The Sultanate of Oman is embarking on an ambitious project to expand their
airport infrastructure throughout Oman with the initial development of four
domestic regional airports at Adam, Al Duqm, Ras Al Hadd and Sohar to meet
the growing requirement of the aviation sector with regards passenger and
cargo transport as a result of the commercial and tourism developments at
these locations. Each airport is of similar design, but has its own unique
characteristics to meet its requirements including VIP facilities at Adam and
Sohar and cargo facilities at Sohar and Al Duqm. Each airport will provide state
of the art facilities for passengers with a 6,000m2 terminal building, as well as a
4,000m runway. Each airport will also include an air navigation complex,
including a 38m tall Air 7UDF Control Tower, various service facilities, a fuel
farm and aircraft rescue and UHJKWLQJ facilities as well as other infrastructure.

Commercial - Abu Dhabi Education Council Headquarters (ADEC)
Logic Role: Project Managers
This iconic twin tower structure will accommodate over 1,000 employees when
completed. Logic provided management support and site supervision to
coordinate the procurement and placement of the new ADEC headquarters
building FF and E package in Abu Dhabi.
Our team was responsible for procurement activities and planning, site
coordination, delivery scheduling and placement.
