Public Affairs Office Intern (Summer 2014, Summer 2013, Summer 2012)
Lead all media activities for Destination Station San Diego, a traveling International
Space Station awareness campaign; resulted in 27 media placements with more
than 10 million total impressions and NASA astronauts being featured on all of
San Diegos leading TV and print news outlets. Wrote features and planned social
media for NASAs takeover of the trending World Cup 2014 topic; this campaign
was featured in AdWeeks weekly Top 10. Landed a cover story for astronaut Karen
Nyberg in the May/June 2014 issue of the Alcalde, UTs alumni magazine. Planned
and launched the Train Like an Astronaut social media campaign. Created weekly
analytics reports to demonstrate the value of Public Affairs Office products to stakeholders. Designed landing pages using the Drupal Panels module.

Collected data for and designed layout of 2013 annual report; targeted prospective
student program applicants with the NASA JSC Students social media presence.
