small microwave links.

square, angle etc. Thanks to the unique design You can install the AIR unit directly towards the

The Top Spire
Is designed for installation of 1 antenna mounting tube on wall structures.

Thanks to its design the support is excellent to use on wall structures where
it is difficult to achieve sufficient strength of the anchor bolts due to poor wall
quality. The support allows you to spread the load on a larger surface and uses
several anchor points. Different fastening kits can be supplied depending on
wall quality.

The CUE DEE Omni beam supports

The 4 ballast box system

The ballast box system is a non-penetrating rooftop system. The antenna

mounting tube is fitted to one of the corners of the joined modules which makes

coverage and may reduce the required height of the installation.

In transport position the telescopic mast is placed on a carriage,

which in turn runs in rails made by U-shaped galvanized steel bars.
After installing antennas, radio link and feeder cables the mast is
ready to be pushed to its tilting position.
The mast must be secured before hoisting. This is done by folding out
two supporting legs to the front and two supporting legs to the back
making a 120 degree angle in the horizontal plane between them.
Since the carriage has ball bearings the horizontal movement is

done manually very smoothly and easy.

The telescopic mast is a square lattice construction in aluminum.

Hoisting takes place by means of an electrical worm gear unit and a
wire system.
The mast has a hoisting capacity of 300 kg of antenna equipment

(feeder cables incl.). On top of each section there are guidelines for
the feeder cable.
Each section is equipped with ball bearings and stainless steel pulleys, which in turn the wire system runs around to ensure that the
sections are pushed up. For safety reasons each section is equipped
with a double wire system.
The hoisting operation is done by a handheld remote unit which

gives the operator good control of the operation. The locking system
of the mast makes it possible to stop and use it any operational
height between 15-30 m.

our modular K-System and is ideal for mounting on roofs or directly on the

Is a rapid deployed unit with heights up to 40 meters containing three elements. The first element
is the foundation containing concrete blocks 2,3x2,3 meters. The blocks are placed directly on the
ground (flat surface) and take up 7x7 meters. The second element is a 3,3 meters high base frame
designed to fit a shelter on the inside. The third and final element is the X- Tower. Detailed information

The tower frame legs consist of solid rods and the brace members are channel irons. As all members

The Concrete Slab Solution can be configured and optimized up to heights of 40 meters. A ladder can
be placed on the inside or outside of the conical part of the tower. The straight top sections can be
climbed without ladder on both the inside and outside thanks to the K brace arrangement. The tower
can be installed with ginpole, crane or helicopter. The small transport volume minimizes the logistical
cost.

Pole Solar Support
Is a high quality tower solution for fast and reliable installation of green telecom
sites. This system is designed to be installed in remote areas, the solar panels
supply the site with power and no fossil fuel is needed.
Consists of a mounting bed-frame for installing up to twelve pcs of solar panels.

The mounting bed-frame also consists of a two level clamp support that can be
fitted towards poles from 190 300 mm in diameter.
Flexibility
The horizontal rail positions can be adjusted both in X and Y point which makes
it possible to install almost any solar panel on the market. There are two types of
mounting bed-frames available, doubles and triples which means that you can
choose if you want panels in two or three rows. Brace kit for tilting the bed-frame
can be selected from 10-60 degrees. Since the framework is based on a component system it is possible to tailor just the right solution for you.

The mast sections are made of galvanized steel components. This gives the system excellent corrosion resistance and a long life. All masts are calculated according to the Eurocode standard.

Consists of a four meter long gantry frame connected towards concrete blocks.
It is possible to install up to 16-24 solar panels on each gantry frame depending
on the size of the panels.

Using our renowned K-system will ensure an easy installation in rural areas. Our
K-system allows antenna heights from 10 to 16 meters in 2 meter steps. Since
the mast is built with our K-System there is no need for an external ladder since
the masts are climbable on the inside and/or outside. We can provide solutions
configured for normal or high wind speeds to suit most installation conditions.

CUE DEE AB provides 12 months warranty on material, design and fabrication defaults.
The terms and conditions of the warranty require that CUE DEE ABs products are used in accordance with all
safety and operation procedures recommended by CUE DEE AB in the written instructions and installation manuals
issued by CUE DEE AB.
All mast installations must unconditionally be strength calculated by CUE DEE AB for the specific site location
where the mast will be erected. CUE DEE AB provides under no circumstances guarantees on the actual construc-

CUE DEE ABs masts are designed for long durability, but it is of vital importance that the masts are strength
calculated by CUE DEE AB even at secondary installations.
Under no circumstances does CUE DEE AB provide warranty on secondary installations unless an additional
strength calculation is carried out by CUE DEE AB for the new site location and a visual inspection is made of the
mast sections and fittings.
CUE DEE AB can offer written extended warranty up to 12 months on secondary installations. This is subject to a
new visual inspection and a strength calculation being carried out by CUE DEE AB. Cost for this will be charged
of Commerces rules of arbitration. Notwithstanding this, CUE DEE AB is free to pursue claims on overdue pay-
