-Building your change skills: tools for change
management

Day 3: Performing as a business partner
-Thinking about your organization: what's the
S.W.O.T
-Setting personal priorities for impact
-How do I increase my impact and effectiveness:
HR 360 feedback
-Dealing with the cultural challenges of change
and business partnership, personally and
organizationally
-Back home plan: what have I learned, what's my
plan, what will I do when I get back home
-Closing comments and end of program

Program Fee
Rp 8,000,000 (net of taxes). Tuition is inclusive

About the Lead Faculty

Dr Carol Hooi
Dr Hooi is an expert in human capital management.
She has published journal articles and has been
researching various topics in HCM, such as analysis
on promotion practices, human capital practices in
Malaysia and Japan, the adoption of Japanese
recruitment practices in Malaysia and research and
practice in Human Resource Management. She is
currently teaching human resource management at
University of Malaya, the prominent university in
Malaysia.
She holds Ph.D in Business Administration from St
Andrews University (Scotland, UK).She also has a
professional degree from the Institute of Chartered
Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom
and is an Associate member of the Malaysian
Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators (MAICSA).
In 2005, she was awarded the Japanese Foundation
Japanese Study Fellowship at Osaka University,
Japan as a visiting scholar .
