CREATING THE HEREUNDER PLANTILLA POSITIONS IN THE GUINOBATAN
WATERWORKS SYSTEM OFFICE (GWSO) AND MUNICIPAL PUBLIC MARKET.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled, that:

Section 1. Positions for Creation. The following additional lists of positions are hereby
created at the Guinobatan Waterworks System Office (GWSO) and Municipal Public Market and
approved for incorporation in the Plantilla of Personnel of the municipality under said economic
enterprises for calendar year 2008 and every year thereafter, to wit:

Section 3. Separability Clause. If any provision or part of this Ordinance is declared

invalid or unconstitutional, the other parts or provisions thereof shall remain valid and effective.

Section 4. Repealing Clause. All ordinances, Executive Orders, Administrative Orders

and rules and regulations issued by the local chief executive, which are inconsistent with or
contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby amended, modified or repealed
accordingly.
Section 5. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED this 4th day of February 2008 on third and final reading upon motion of
Councilor Stephen O. Ocfemia and unanimously seconded by the body.
