FINDINGS
This study find that the respondents have lover income level approach public
health care service providers than private because
80 percent of the
respondents among public health care patients having annual income below
Rs. 1,00,000/ 76 percent of the respondents among Public health care patients are and 4
percent among private healthcare patients are wage labours,
68 percent of public health care patients were hospitalized once in a year and
76 percent of them private health care patients were hospitalized once in a
year.
58 percent of the public health care patients said that medical treatment in
Public health care centre is average. But 50 percent of the respondents said
that medical treatment in private healthcare centre is good.
78 percent of public health care patients and 30 percent of the private health
care patients said that nutritional care is good.
Availability of medicine in Public health care centre is not satisfactory. 24
percent of public health care patients and 78 percent of the private health care
patients are satisfied with availability of medicine.
78 percent of public health care patients and 30 percent of the private health
care patients said that it is good.
20 percent of public health care patients and 78 percent of the private health
care patients are satisfied with the availability of medical 24 hours service.
20 percent of public health care patients and 50 percent of the private health
care patients said that maternal and child care practices is good.
Most of the beneficiaries of public healthcare services said that preventive,
curative and rehabilitative services is good
Majority of the respondents said that expense of medical treatment in Public
healthcare service centres is very low but expenses of medical treatment in
private hospital is high.

Promote preventive and promotive aspects of Primary Health care in the
community
Strengthen Training program and Capacity Building
