Project Start-up. Official opening day 15 september, The international day of Democracy.
Facebook group creation for the project partners. Logo contest and voting. Diary of the
project initiated ( pictures of the students and teachers involved in the project to be
introduced). The project online page/blog to be initiated.- ALL

Starting cooperation with the parents associations, farmers, economical factors in the
communities. Looking for solutions to the problems. Creating awareness in the community
about discrimination and how together we can fight against it. Leaflets are created.
Involvement of the media in the whole process will be a plus.Project diary travels to

Mobility Macedonia. Building strong bridges to knowing each other. Workshops on teambuilding. Flashmob for solidarity Using of non-formal education in the implementation of the
project. Project diary completed with activities in classes related to solidarity.-MACEDONIA

Solidarity for the Community. Visit to the local businesses to promote social inclusion. Open
gates day in the school, to promote closer links between the community, parents and school. A
Powerppoint presentation of the activities will be send to the coordinating school.MACEDONIA
December/January
December- Exchange of Christmas/New Year Cards. Cards are going to be created with the
involvement of students from disadvantaged groups of population( see partnership
description).- SERBIA
January- Mid Evaluation. Questionaries are created and sent to all the partners. We will
employ a wide range of questionaries, for different factors involved in the development of the
project.Project diary travels to Serbia.-ALL
February
Mobility to Serbia- Recycling workshop( working with waste materials and with materials we
can find in the forest). Students from the visiting partners will present examples of good
practices of integration of disadvantaged students in the project activities. Joint activity to
help local community ( a short show-music and dances- will be presented to the community).
Delivering Life for disadvantaged people.Project diary completed with the pictures and
oppinions from the mobility.Project diary travels to Romania.-SERBIA
March
Solidarity for Nature. Activities centred on the nature with emphasis against discrimination
( 21-28 March- the international week of soliarity against racism and discrimination/ 22nd
March- International day of Water). A calendar made out of pictures produced by the students
involved in the project.

AprilMobility to Romania- Preparation of the final report. Checking out the activities of the
project, the evolution and implementation. Visit to the local decision factors. Planting trees
workshop- involvement of the local community with emphasis on disasdvantaged groups of
people/students. Project diary completed with the pictures and oppinions from the mobility.ROMANIA
May
Final Evaluation/Project diary with pics/ Internet platform online and working for
dissemination purposes. Final questionnaires for the direct and indirect participants. Ensuring
the sustaiability of the project. Project diary is copied and printed for each of the schools

involved in the project, to be kept in the school library. Each school is then responsible to find
a way to share the diary to the community( either printed or in electronic form). Official end
date of the project- 21st May- International day of Cultural Diversity, Dialogue and
Development. - ALL
