Common brick in cement mortar (1:3) as described including one layer of brick
reinforcement 'exmet' at every fourth course and pointing as approved and
including 6mm diameter mild steel bonding ties 450mm long one end hooked and
casted into brickwall or concrete as described :-
Supply and fix complete in position the following all in powder coated aluminium
window unit complete with aluminium frame and sub-frame, transome, mullion,
glazing beads, weather strip and all other accessories including building in or
cutting and pining lugs, bolting and bedding frames in cement mortar (All aluminium
components shall be the minimum thickness of 1.20mm thick) all to manufacturer's
specification and Architect's approval :-
