IMPROVEMENT
Club Bali Suites
at Legian, Bali
In order to increase the quality of Club Bali
suites at legian, bali, Club Bali has always strived
to provide room innovations and renovations
based on our owners comments.
The latest improvement is the renovation of the.
One Bedroom, which consists repositioning the
furniture including TV set, replacement of the
shower curtains with tempered glass and installation
of Rain Shower.

Also we added Biznet for the TV channel that
have more than 80 channel, including 15 HD
Channel, that will give our guests a wider option
of entertainment to watch in the room.
A few more developments, include the
replacement of the water dispenser covers that
will add a stroke of color to the suite. Installing
new ceramic tile on our dining tables to almost
every room, replacement of the bed runner and
throw pillow, also we added luggage rack in every
room to make it easy on every guests who stays to
put their luggage in the rooms.
The hope in all of this is to make all of the
guests that stays in the One bedroom feels more
comfortable, with the new modern look.

Journey

to Gold Coast,
Australia
On October 2013 from the 12th to 19th, my wife
and I on a holiday to Gold Coast Australia. Our
flight routing Bandung Kuala Lumpur Gold
Coast landed at 7.30 am at Coolangatta Airport, the
only airport in Gold Coast. After having lunch, we
used the shuttle bus paid AU$ 21 went straight
to Mercure Hotel & Resort at Palm Meadows Golf
Course, as one of Club Bali's affiliated hotel
resorts. The hotel was indeed located next to the
golf course and driving range, making it very easy
for guests to golf.
We spent the 1st to 3rd day exploring the Gold
Coast area, along the Surfers Paradise to Miami
beach, and other beautiful places to see near our
Gold Coast location, including great dining and
shopping. we did have to change our cellular chip
with optus for easy mobile phone use. and we
bought the Trans Link transportation prepaid card
for the efficiency of our transportation costs.

On the 4th and 5th day, we travelled to Brisbane

using the Trans Link train, about 1 hour and 40
minutes away from Gold Coast with around AU$
28. Compared to airplane for AU$65. We visited
some of beautiful heritage buildings, all the way
down to the sidewalk of a very nice and comfortable
shopping places, watched the hustle and bustle
of people shopping around. We bought the
chocolate, Japanese food, and some unique Australian
souvenirs.
On the 6th day, we spent the full time at the Gold
Coast in a more thorough and relax, on foot and
also by the city bus, started from the Mermaid
Beach, Surfers Paradise, to the Main Beach. We
also went to this incredible Sea World and Marina
Mirage. AU$ 4 by bus from the closest stop to the
Surfer Paradise beach, and AU$ 12 by taxi. AU$
15 per day for bicycle rent, and AU$ 25 for motorcycle
with battery.
Actually there were still many tourism objects
that we have not had the chance to go to due to the
limited time we had, would probably required
about 3 week time to explore Gold Coast completely.
Where there were still many incredible attractions
that we missed, like: WHALE WATCHING with
AU$ 65, Jet boat Extreme, Safari Jet ski, Circus
Cabaret, Wax Museum, outdoor tourism area
Tamborine Mountain, as well as shopping places
like Carrara
Market, Chevron Renaissance,
Robina Town Centre and lots more.
We really hope to visit Australia again at the
beginning of 2015. Thank you very much Club Bali
for all the support and co-operation.

In relation to a number of requests and suggestions from members who want to use in Hawaii a
Club Bali Resort, Anyer and Club Bali at Kota Bunga Resort Club as same as the use at Jayakarta
Bali, Legian Bali. Starting in 2015 the use of point per nights will not be applicable, therefore
only apply to the use of the system package for week end to check-in on Friday-check out the
package on Monday and week day to check in and check out Monday Friday. This system is not
a new thing for us, because we have run it before on 2007.

NOTE : Season point may be changed at any time according to the upcoming holiday

What are the obligations of Club Bali member?

The obligations are to pay the membership fee when joining, and pay annual fee depends on the points held per year.
Is there any yearly increasement for this annual fee?
Yes, the annual fee will increase every year depending on the annual index of the cost of needs issued by official agency BPS.
Are members allowed to not pay this annual fee?
Members are obliged to pay the annual fee.
What sanctions given to member who has not pay the annual fee?
For temporary, member can not use the points-owned on the referred year.
What is the function of the annual fee?
The annual fee is to pay the maintenance fee of the resort as well as other facilities.
How to use the points on the properties of Club Bali?
Points on all Club Balis properties can be used weekly or half weekly, like on weekend from Friday Monday.
How many points can be withdrawn annually?
Annual points can be withdrawn only 1 time, except for the use on Club Bali resorts, it can be withdrawn more than 1 year of
membership.
How many years can I keep my membership points?
Points memberhip can be stored up to two years, if the point to enter the third year of membership is not in use then the points in the
first year will be forfeited.
Is it also valid for Peak Season?
Especially for Peak Season so that more members have the opportunity to enjoy their holiday on Club Bali resorts or its affiliation, the
member is only allowed to use the point right maximum for 1 year ahead.
Hows the loaning rules of the next years point for overseas use?
To be used overseas, the loaning rules of point is the same with the loaning rules for Club Bali resorts, that is where members can
appeal their points more than 1 year of their membership.
Will I be able to stay in on night basis abroad?
Members of Club Bali are able to stay on night basis abroad, as nowadays we have some of our partners applying this system, that
are Singapore and Malaysia, other than these 2 countries apply weekly basis.
If so, hows the exchange cost for this night basis?
Exchange cost should remain in pay for every reservation. Currently the exchange cost is USD 15/unit/night and USD
45/unit/week/booking.
Does the point for Club Balis properties remain the same during the membership period or there can be such change like
increasement?
Even if there are changes to the properties of Club Bali, its just the up and down of the point itself, like weekend point is down and
weekday point is up, but overall the total points for 1 week remains the same.
Can the points own by the member be given to their children or parents?
Points can be given to their children or parents without any cost, so they can use the points on the Club Bali resorts or its affiliation.
Is there any cost for that given points?
No charge, if it used by members own children or parents, but a guest fee of Rp. 100.000/night may occur if it used by other people.
How many rooms unit may the member take on Club Bali resort?
Member may take 2 rooms at no charge, but if more than 2 rooms then there will be Rp. 100.000/night charged for the third room, and
maximum Rp. 300.000 for more than 1 night.
