Request #298) - to inspect Defendants Olmert's and Zaken's duly executed
judgment records
I, the undersigned, Joseph Zernik, PhD, knowing that I must say the truth, and that I
may be subject to penalties provided by law if I do no do so, state as follows:
1. My name is Joseph Zernik (ID #provided in the March 16, 2015 Request).
2. On March 25, 2015, I received Judge Rosen's March 18, 2015 Decision [1] on my
Request (#298) to Inspect Defendants Olmert's and Zaken's duly executed judgment
records in instant court file. [2] The March 18, 2015 Decision arrived by fax,
unsigned and unauthenticated.
3. On March 29, 2015, I filed Request (# 299) -for a copy of the March 18, 2015
Decision, duly signed and certified, "True Copy of the Original", pursuant to Israeli
law and the Hague Apostille Convention (1961) . [3]
4. On April 13, 2015, I received Judge Rosen's Decision of the same date on my
Request (#299), stating, "We have nothing to add on the March 18, 2015 Decision".
[ 4] The March 18, 2015 Decision also arrived by fax, unsigned and unauthenticated.
5. The April13, 2015 Decision does not make sense relative to my Request (#299),
which it purports to address.
6. Therefore, the Court is herein requested to reconsider my March 29, 2015 Request
(#299) - for a copy of the March 18, 2015 Decision, duly signed and certified, "True
Copy of the Original", pursuant to Israeli law and the Hague Apostille Convention
(1961).
In accordance with the fundamentals of law and justice, the Court should grant
instant Request.
