2014 Today an active participant at the WomenTechPro community and part of the Aspiration project team
WomenTechPro is a women community of developers and entrepreneurs, which encourages women's action in the
technology fields and promote projects while learning new technologies, management and interpersonal tools.
My project: Aspiration:
o Its goal is to help people with Asperger's syndrome to recognize facial expressions and interpret feelings.
o For that were building a Google Glass app that will recognize emotions from facial expressions in real time.
2014 Wrote a Wikipedia article about a woman that is a Computer scientist and a professor in the Israeli academy
I participated in the "Wikipedia at the CS Department" project, a collaboration of the Technion and Wikimedia Israel.
My article was about Hadas Shachnai
An Israeli computer scientist and a professor, which researches combinatorial optimization algorithms and theory.
I believe that such articles can empower women in computer science, as an under-representation group, and can provide
a role model to other women that are interested in the field.
2011 Today a maintenance officer at reserve duty.
I volunteer to reserve duty as the maintenance officer of a combat battalion.
2011 2012 a youth mentor at the Perach Tutorial Project
The Tirat Hacarmel youth center serves students from lower socio-economic backgrounds for studying.
After dropping out of school, most of them are suffering from educational, emotional and behavioral difficulties.
As a mentor, I made them believe in themselves and in their abilities, and prepared them towards their military service
and their future academic possibilities, in order for them to maximize their potential.
2010, 2012 a Birthright Israel guide
Birthright is a not-for-profit educational organization that sponsors free heritage trips to Israel for Jewish young adults.
I volunteered as an Israeli guide for 2 different groups:

professions in general and in computer science in particular.
