Hardecker Headlines - APRIL 2015 - Post-Resurrection Sunday Greetings!

God blesses our personal soul-winning efforts in Delta, PA!
My friend, Pastor Michael Hunt (associate pastor at my
sending church: Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Brogue, PA) and I have gone
out for two consecutive Saturdays to Delta, PAa borough about 15
miles south of Brogue with a population of 800 people. The Lord has
blessed us with being able to witness to many people as we go house
to house preaching Christ to whomever would grant us an audience.
God has enabled us to see four souls saved! Three of them were
young men from three separate homes, and one was a mother of
three children. Please pray for their spiritual growth.

Along with souls saved, we also ran into two girls who rode
our Sunday School church bus back in 2010/2011. We had lost contact with them awhile back. One of the girls still remembers her salvation decision years ago and stood confident in the Lord when we
asked her about her testimony. What a blessing! We also have met
many people who claim to know the Lord; they say they are
Christians, but are clearly trusting in works and/or religious ceremonies as the basis for their salvation. This isnt good at all. Others we
have met have had a clear Christian testimony of Gods saving grace
through Christ alone. We have prayed with them, and encouraged
them to come to Mt. Zion Baptist Church and grow in grace and in the
knowledge of the Lord. We have also experience a number of people
upset at us, but we know that they really have deep spiritual problems and so we dont take offence at their displeasure.

A mission field right in front of our eyes!

W.T. has been asking more and more about salvation, Heaven, Hell, and other spiritual things. As parents, we
feel the serious and sacred responsibility to reach our boys
with the good news of the Lord Jesus. No one is saved because they have Christian parents or a godly heritage.
Salvation is by grace, not by race. John the Baptist rebuked
the Pharisees for hiding behind their historical & covenantal
Abrahamic lineage in Matt. 3:9. And think not to say within
yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto
you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children
unto Abraham. The truth is every soul who is saved must
be dealt with personally, individually, thoroughly, and Scripturally. No one is saved without their hearts being first convicted of sin and then brought to a saving faith in the Lord
Jesus Christ. Please pray that W.T. will get saved.

America is fast becoming a land full of darkened hearts. The

average person we speak to has no clue about the things of God, including salvation. Please pray that God would continue to use us to
see souls saved and lives changed for His glory while we are still here
in the U.S.
We wish you all a belated Happy Easter Sunday! But remember,
every Sunday is a celebration of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. His
resurrection guarantees His soon return. Below is a chart about the doctrine

Tyler (15 yr. old), Jared (18), Vincent (17), &

Kara (mother of three) all trusted in Christ as
Saviour.

2.

We were able to lead Adam (74 yr. old) to the

Lord when we visited him at his home in Dallastown, PA. Adam has stage 4 lung cancer, but
now his soul is eternally secured. Praise God!

3.

Praise God for the certainty and comfort that

we derive from His holy Word (KJV).

PRAYER REQUESTS:

Thank you for your sacrificial giving, faithful prayers, and warm friendship.
Though the Devil opposes us, dont lose hope because JESUS is coming soon!

container, & for two or three more churches to
open up for us.

For the Holy Spirit to empower us as we seek to

be a witness for the Lord Jesus and serve Him.

Pray for revival. Gods churches & people are

given only two choices: revival or removal. I
would rather see revival!

Pray for Marcias dad (Dr. Randy Starr) he has

four more chemo treatments to undergo.
