PRACTICAL INFORMATION
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
By signing the enrolment form the trainee accepts these general training conditions for the training courses provided by the
LEROY-SOMER Training Centre without reservation.
The LEROY-SOMER Training Centre reserves the right to demand payment in cash before the start of the training course,
following examination of the enrolment file (enrolment form or specific tender).
Enrolment on the training course will only be definite once a confirmation of enrolment file is sent by the LEROY-SOMER
Training Centre, consisting of: the training programme, training agreement, accommodation conditions.
2. ENROLMENT

With the general conditions above fulfilled, enrolment is only booked upon receipt at the LEROY-SOMER Training Centre of
the signed training agreement.
The number of participants may vary between 6 and 12 people maximum depending on the nature of the training course. The
LEROY-SOMER Training Centre will process enrolments taking into account the arrival order of enrolment forms up to the limit
in the number of planned participants.
In accordance with the recommendation of French electronics organisation Union Technique de l'Electricit (ref. UTE.C 18530
from May 1990), trainees must be certified to work with electrical equipment that is switched on, before starting a training
programme. To this end they must provide the certification (BR). If this is not provided then the LEROY-SOMER Training
Centre reserves the right to exclude them from any work carried out on electrical devices that are switched on and declines
all liability, in particular in the event of an accident causing physical injury to said trainees.
3. INVOICING - PAYMENT

An invoice in duplicate will be produced for the training course (one copy of which must be returned signed to the LEROY-SOMER
Training Centre along with payment).
Payments must be made by bank cheque or bank transfer in favour of MOTEURS LEROY-SOMER.
Any sum remaining unpaid by the settlement date will lead to the customer paying late payment penalties set at three times
the legal rate of interest. On top of the above late payment penalties, the customer will be liable to pay a flat fee of 40 for
collection costs. The LEROY-SOMER Training Centre nonetheless reserves the right to demand an additional payment, on
production of the evidence, should the costs actually outlaid be higher than this amount. In the event of funding for the training
under the French FAF or ASFO schemes, the required information must be stated on the enrolment form under the Payment
body section.
4. TRAINING COST
4.1
The prices of our training courses as stated in the catalogue apply to training courses run at the LEROY-SOMER Training
Centre.
These prices include training, meals and breaks. In the event that the LEROY-SOMER trainer is to provide the training at
another location, a quote will be subject to prior acceptance by the customer.
The LEROY-SOMER Training Centre reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training course for any reason whatsoever.
In this event no compensation can be claimed at all from the Training Centre.
In the event of a cancellation of enrolment by the customer which is received at the LEROY-SOMER Training Centre less than
15 working days before the start of the training course, the LEROY-SOMER Training Centre will invoice a sum equivalent to
20% of the total amount of the training course to cover administrative costs.
6. DATA PROTECTION
6.1
Information of a personal nature communicated by the customer to the LEROY-SOMER Training Centre in application and
execution of orders and/or sales can be communicated to contractual partners of the LEROY-SOMER Training Centre for the
purpose of fulfilling such orders. In accordance with national regulations applicable to these records, the customer can write
to the LEROY-SOMER Training Centre to ask for any such information concerning him not to be given out. He can also at any
time exercise his rights to access and correct information in the Training Centre records.
7. DISPUTES
7.1
Any disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of these general conditions or of the training course will be subject to
the competent courts in Angoulme.
