This course provides an overview of the new feature enhancements, and

functionality of the VNX OE for Block 5.33.6 and File 8.1.6 Q1 2015 release.
Enhancements include Split Log file system, VDM migration for disaster
recovery (DR) preservation, Block deduplication changes, and out of space
handling. New hardware in this release includes the 120 Drive dense DAE,
1.6TB eMLC drive, and the 100-240VAC 1100W Power Supply. Serviceability
enhancements include Health Check Phase 2, changes to the customer contact
information, and the storage system discovery using the CIM_Chassis class in
SMI-S.

Audience
This course presents information for all audiences, and is intended for those
currently knowledgeable of the VNX series platform who are responsible for the
design, installation, configuration, implementation, and/or troubleshooting.

VNX2 series platform
