Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you're
mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them
good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, As it means mindfulness is the
moment and awakening to experience. Mindfulness changes our brains: Research has
found that it increases density of gray matter in brain regions linked to learning, memory,
emotion regulation, and empathy.

make the path in the world. When I am perplexed with complex problems I try to do

consciousness in which everything slows right down, allowing a heightened awareness of
the present moment, just think when we have complex topic to teach our students, I find
it is easier to learn and teach when we learn from scratch, Physiologically, the body
reacts in the same way to what we imagine as to what is objectively real. The end result
is a body that finds itself in a continual state of alarm and tension as we continually
prepare ourselves for the worst. Trying to overcome the worst is the great path to
success. If I remember that negative influences from the past made me lazy and
neglected important matters and thinking about future made me anxious if were
habitually stuck in the future, we usually experience anxiety in the drive to control any
number of catastrophic outcomes we may imagine. If were habitually stuck in the past,
we might experience feeling stuck or bogged down with sorrow, depression or anguish. It
is precisely these states of mind that cause all our suffering. We many times think less
than what we are worth Typical beliefs might be Im not good enough, Im unworthy, I
dont have the capacity, and Im unlovable. Present-time experiences only serve to
reinforce these dysfunctional beliefs and trigger ongoing bouts of suffering. By learning
mindfulness and practicing regularly we can retrain our minds to remain more connected
with ourselves and our experience and thus lead a happier, more fulfilling life If you
believe when others don't--and if at least some of your belief is based on objective
analysis and not just instinct--then go for it. Start to enter a new venture, turn away from
orthodoxy of many do around you, Today people are smart to talk and few do the things
to improve the matters no matter what other people say. No matter what the "smart"
