PROBLEM STATEMENT

To overcome the problems of manual system. To overcome Time wastage. To overcome Slow
process of getting information about different countries or places. To overcome difficulty in
booking travelling packages.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Ezee travellers is a web portal that provides information about different countries, cities and places
which are famous for travelling and tourism and about resorts and hotels over there. This is a user
friendly website. User can search for the different packages, view them and book them. Users can
plan their trip with trip planner.

Ezee travellers provide online booking system through which a user can book their desired
travelling packages and they also can view the map of their destination. Mostly, websites provide
the facility to just view the basic information about different travelling places, without a map or
online booking system. Ezee travellers provide facility to users to plan their trip according to their
budget. This web application also gives discount on some travelling packages that are booked
through this portal.

OBJECTIVES
The objective of Ezee travellers help the user to book their desired travelling
Packages and to save their time and energy of visiting travel agents. This web application will
provide users, facility to view map of their destination, advices about travelling and tourism
and a trip planner to plan their trip according to their budget. It will allow users to give reviews
about the places they have visited, and to rate different visiting places, resorts and hotels.
MOTIVATION

In the present system a customer has to approach various agencies to find details of places and
to book tickets. This often requires a lot of time and effort. Now a days online booking is
becoming more famous as it gives users, facility to book for their desired travelling packages
without visiting any agency, facility to view their destination map to get complete idea about
their destination. By using trip planner, users can get complete idea about management of their
trip. New users can get advantage of other user reviews and ratings. By taking a look at trip
advices, ratings and reviews about different travelling places, it is easy for customers to decide
where to go.

Requirements:
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Manage User Account and Login details

User will be Register through their email and their account will be created for login
purpose.
User Profile Management
In profile user should view their friends activities. E.g. friends trips, pictures of friends
and reviews about different Location (Hotels, Visited places).

Trip planner
In this module trip of specific country/city will be planned according to user budget. In
trip planner hotel and locations are recommended to the user according to their budget
range.
Booking of Hotels and Resorts
User should book their hotel rooms through online interface and get their tickets through
email.
Special Accounts for different Business
Through these accounts Managers of different business in a specific area should manage
their packages for tourists and promote their business.

NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Performance Requirements:
Performance of system should be fast and accurate. System should be handle high traffic
of user. Speed and response of side should be very fast and real time.
Security Requirements:
System should be safe and secure so that personal information and account details of user
can not be licked or misused. Backend database should be able to handle any kind of SQL
Injection. User without account should get information about different places in a
city/country but not access the detail of other users.
Safety Requirements:
System should be storing its backup. So that in case of any data lose system should
recover its state from backup.
User requirements:
Users should only have basic knowledge of system and admin should have knowledge
about the internal components of the system. System should be easy to understand.
Admin provides following facilities to user:
a. Forgot Password
b. Password Encryption
c. Auto recovery (auto saving information)
d. Data migration (when user sign up for the first time then the data is stored in the
server)
