The ether is set in-motion by the rays of the sun whoever succeeds in diffracting and

concentrating the sun rays by means of mirrors and lenses can generate certain waves in
the ether and he who knows how to unite the energy of the elemental fire with that of the
Ignis essenzialis (essence of fire) will be able to observe the very slow but very sure
formation of fluid drops which are without peer for a host of disease!
Our nitre is inwardly fire and outwardly cold - both nitre and ammonium nitrate
are outwardly cold (used as refrigerants) and inwardly fire (used as
explosives). "Who knows how to unite the energy of elemental fire (earth)
with that of the essence of fire (heaven)..." What thing on earth, what "magnet"
will attract this celestial fire/nitre/Chalybs? The philosophers tell us to look
at the metal ores, for metals are dead. Which metal ore especially has an
innate fire, so that the unicorn will see itself in it?
That's my focus/interpretation. It's not the only one.
I still see multiple paths to utilize this one thing.
Why wouldn't earthly nitre be the magnet/body for celestial nitre?
As above, so below.
"This leads to overwhelming evidence that the basis for life is the dew, because out of all
the waters on earth dew contains the highest concentrations of formaldehydes."
In the PON mineral lessons, there is one that uses aldehydes to extract
tinctures from the seven metals, including gold.
"Now whats interesting is that one of the potential products of heating urea (which is also
contained in GW) with potassium carbonate (which can be derived from calcined plant
material and seems to me is indicated for us to use by the symbolism of the plant) yields a
compound known as potassium cyanate (KOCN), wow another cyanide"
"In further investigation as to whether or not this compound is :
1) Toxic..."
From wiki:
"Many cyanide-containing compounds are highly toxic, but some are not. Nitriles (which
do not release cyanide ions) and hexacyanoferrates (ferrocyanide and ferricyanide, where
the cyanide is already tightly bound to an iron ion) have low toxicities, while most other
cyanides are deadly poisonous. The most dangerous cyanides are hydrogen cyanide
(HCN) and salts derived from it, such as potassium cyanide (KCN) and sodium cyanide
(NaCN), among others."
Interesting the hex, and bound to iron.
Phosphine makes me think of Proserpine.

For Paracelsus, as Manly Hall has said, gained his knowledge "not from long-coated
pedagogues but from dervishes in Constantinople, witches, gypsies, and sorcerers, who
invoked spirits and captured the rays of the celestial bodies in dew; of whom it is said

that he cured the incurable, gave sight to the blind, cleansed the leper, and even raised the
dead, and whose memory could turn aside the plague.
Well I don't know exactly the procedure but I heard Paracelsus used to collect dew at
various points depending on what planets were in conjuction/formation etc... it is a sort of
recpie...
This is interesting. I know the moon plays a great role in some alchemical processes, but I
never considered that other planets would have an effect.
The harmonizing and healing properties of flowers have been acknowledged and utilized
throughout history. The ancient Egyptians as well as the Australian Aboriginals made use
of flowers to heal the emotions. In the 16th century, Paracelsus described collecting dew
from flowering plants, diluting it and using this essence to treat various disorders. source

Indeed, I would put it to fermentation first, let it sit for a few weeks at a low temperature.
This should maximize the yield of salt obtained I believe. Evaporate it slowly with very
little heat, sublime the most volatile portion (if any), and then extract the water soluble
salt. Remember, the salt of dew is very fragile!
That's how I would proceed, but we all have different ways of working. We should all try
to develop our own methods for manipulating matter. :)

"The apparatus employed in 'The Great Work' consists of the Moist bath, the Dry bath,
the Vases of Nature and Art, the bowl of oak, lutum sapientiae, the Seal of Hermes, the
tube, the physical lamp, and the iron rod."

Also from Real Alchemy:

"Another salt often worked with in the same way and mentioned earlier is called Dew
Salt, or The Heavenly Dew Salt. It can be derived from collected dew, or rainwater
(especially
that collected during a thundershower) but this is long and tedious. The salt itself is
ammonium nitrate. The Dew Salt is highly deliquescent and said to be determined to the
Mineral realm especially, but it is of a Universal nature.
...
Distillation of this salt when it liquefies is stopped well before the dry point. Crystals
will form which can be reused. This distillate can be used in various operations in the
Mineral

work in place of distilled water.

This distillate is loaded with the Mineral Fire, which can be transferred to our subject
in order to reanimate it. Copper salts also carry Mineral Fire as copper is part of the group
1B
elements in the Periodic Table, and thus related to the elements under Hydrogen, all of
which
are carriers of the Fire.
