In the knowledge society, the administration is the method, which converts the

There are many training today, called "improvement" that they forget the
essence of the person, the imperative to develop primarily as human beings in
our totality. This essential basis for any other training, and ensure that it is

treasure.

A creative person is a productive person, a productive person is a person made,
a realized person is a happy person. A happy person makes others happy. It is
undeniable that a happy person is the best contribution to any group of people,

becomes more teachers? Training them. And how trains teachers? Through
