Recruitment extension updates

80!
One year of
recruitment

We have submitted our extension request to the funder now

fingers crossed we can extend our recruitment beyond the
end of May. Many thanks for your updates and responses for
this special effort.

Welcome, new sites!

emergency

Welcome, new colleague!

March was another great recruitment month: Well done

everyone on randomising 80 patients another record
broken! Its been a year since we moved to emergency
recruitment and youve adapted really well. Do you think
theres scope to increase recruitment even further?

...But not forgetting the highrisk cases

What is also very encouraging to see is that 8 of the patients
recruited this month were elective C/S with abnormal
placentation thats reversing a downward trend in the
recruitment of high-risk patients. These patients are
particularly important
for our studys primary
outcome, so thank you
for keeping an eye out
for these.

8!
