however for the consumer's pocket is a great opportunity.

Political, social and environmental implications related to the falling price of oil
Oil extraction began in 1859 and became popular in 1895 with the appearance of the first cars,
but it was not until the first and second world war, when it was seen that their use was
indispensable.
From these events the price of a barrel of oil was always with a positive outlook; however with
the years it was noted that excessive use of this material has negative and positive effects on
economic, political and environmental issues.
The economic and political issues are closely related, with the exploitation of oil economists
noticed an increase in GDP of the exporting countries of this material; however they did not
notice a drastic change in the economy of the nation, What was happening? For it was the
beginning of a new system where money matters more than the welfare of nation.

Such is the case in countries such as Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, etc. Where the
GDP grew at an accelerated pace; yet the people not benefited fully because the control of
exploitation and refinement went to the private sector, creating jobs only for the few trained
professionals that time and hiring professionals from other countries (import staff and
machinery other countries) and the public sector only receive their share of profits through the
canon.
Currently the falling price of oil has reached $ 45 a barrel, is one of the lowest since 2009
marks; exploiters most countries have begun to have a lower input of their currencies, an
increase in unemployment and inflation. As are the case:
Egypt with increasing oil consumption is favored because of low oil prices, achieving savings
and gets a political and social stability. In addition to reducing rolling blackouts affecting the
country, however it is feared that remittances from citizens abroad no longer den, but this will
depend on the duration of the fall of oil.
Iran is in a situation where oil should lift sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security
Council. If a settlement in 2017 and oil prices is given should again be the same as in previous
years; if it fails this agreement the country would be in a situation of fiscal deficit, inflation,
unemployment and monetary situation.
Iraq suffer an income of less than previous years currencies, but increase export barrels, this is
because his government tries to regain the territories lost to the Islamic state. Another important

point is the fact that this seeking ways to delay payments to Kuwait war, besides having
problems to its universal system of food rations food, is the basis of many of its citizens.
Thus seeks to maintain calm in his country and not fall into the same situation of Venezuela is
facing.
Regarding the environmental implications, the exploiters companies do not have a very good
image, instead destroy tropics to extract oil; if this long-term oil situation continues, the
operators invested in other ways to get energy and to maintain their income. This would mean a
considerable reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide, methane and other gases generated by
industries dioxide; which would favor a smaller increase in global temperature, a decrease in the
melting icecaps and smaller increase in sea levels.
