- Gina Shalom: Located in the Old Madras road, the project involves a total of four buildings

- Prestige Tranquility: Located off the Old Madras road, the project is built in an area of 38
acres and involves a total of 2368 units. The flats are available in 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments

Location Analysis
The project is developed at a distance of 500 meters from Budigere Cross, Old Madras Road,
which is also touted as the focal point of the leading IT parks and offices located of the East
and North Bangalore. Key advantage of the location also involves superb logistics in the form
of development of the metro line, closeness to the KR Puram railway station and easy
