EnvisionManager is a sophisticated software package that allows building owners
and managers to manage, modify and expand their lighting control systems.
This intuitive, easy to use and powerful computer-based interface allows
access to all the control features within a lighting control system in one
software package.
Now with EnvisionManager, even the most advanced Philips Dynalite
lighting control solutions can be easily accessed and managed giving
building owners and managers the ability to control, modify and customise
their building whether this be for increased energy savings, greater facility
productivity or for user comfort.
With a complete overview of a buildings lighting control system, its possible
to navigate to any location and make adjustments to network devices and
functions including controlled areas or zones, re-channeling and presetting of
loads, task editing and building automation maintenance programs.
So sophisticated is the software that multiple operators can access and view
the lighting control system to override specific functions, adjust specific timer
events and edit system settings from different or remote locations.
The software also has both notional and metered energy management
reporting capability that accurately details lighting consumption, which
assists operators to set and meet energy management targets and reduce
operational costs.

A simple graphical interface makes it easy for
building and facilities managers to see their
entire lighting control system and to perform
complex functions, including resizing of areas

and time clock functions that allow events to be
triggered at specific times and dates, providing
significant energy savings. The software allows
the building manager to observe unusual building
occupancy patterns and control system usage as
well as monitoring certain building activities such
as cleaning or security mode functions with the
swipe of a card.

EnvisionManager can accurately track and report

on lamp run time, ballast performance and fault
finding within a particular area or zone, adding to
operational and maintenance cost reduction.

The user can select different lighting scenes from

the application
One of the most advanced features of the software suite is the Tray Pan
application which is a virtual control panel that any building occupant
can bring up on their computer desktop to control their local lighting
for increased productivity or user comfort.

A little application with a big role for energy saving

The software can also be linked to a computers screen saver to dim
the lighting to save power whilst the users are away from their desks.
In addition, when the computer is switched off, the lighting control
system can turn off the local lighting after a pre-timed delay and after
considering other area users occupancy status.

Customised buttons for streamlined operation

User software buttons can be preset to shortcut complex network site
functions, reporting requirements and settings.

Powerful task engine to control energy beyond lighting

A powerful task engine allows for both sequential and conditional tasks
to be created, stored and recalled. For instance, the system can initiate a
series of actions within a defined order such as turning off lights, shutting
down HVAC and other services within a building in a particular order.
The system can also be programmed to act when a particular condition
is reached e.g. when the time clock hits 8pm, turn off all lights subject to
other user occupancy conditions.
